As these coarse hairs start to come back in, they push through the surface of the skin or curl and push back into the skin. When you remove hair, it usually grows back. Use the scissors to clip as much of the pubic hair as possible. If you do not have a reaction within 24 hours, it should be safe to use. Do not pick at them as this could cause infection.
