Description:For instance, in mine there was only one comic shop, but even so, being the only game in town meant that the owner had free reign over what he stocked his shelves with. As a fifteen year old, I read the Akira manga, loved every moment of Ghost in the Shell, and visited twice weekly in hopes of finding new imports from Japan among his offerings. One week, I was flipping through a box of comics when I stumbled across something very new to me indeed. The cover of this comic depicted a lithe, sprite-like fairy, coyly posing atop a caterpillar and straddling it from both sides. The art definitely had the anime look, but even I was old enough to realize the word "bondage" on the cover could only mean one thing.
